The TOEIC ® Speaking and Writing - Public Program test (with photo on certificate) assesses English language proficiency in writing and speaking in a professional context at intermediate and advanced levels (CEFR levels A1 to C1). The Speaking-and-Writing test takes 1 hour and 20 minutes (held on a computer). Scores are mailed on an Official Score Report with the candidate's photo, 15 business days after the test is taken. This format may be required for any purpose where photo identification is necessary or requested.
